This handcrafted kitchen island is constructed from Black Walnut and Paduak hardwood lumber. The tapered legs are Black Walnut and the aprons are Paduak.

This piece was constructed the old fashion way with tight fitting wood joints and glue. The top is 21 1/2" by 21 1/2" and the unit stands 37". The top and shelf are laminated Black Walnut and Paduak.

The finish is a homemade receipt that protects the wood but gives the appearance of a hand rubbed oil finish. The finish can be easily repaired by the buyer should it be damaged during its lifetime. I will provide the receipe and supplies needed to do repairs at the time of pick-up.

This is a big purchase, so please ask questions before buying. I can also send you additional photo's. I only make a few of these pieces each year. If you like style but would prefer different woods, let me know and I can give you an estimate.

There will be no shipping on this item. There are just too many things that can go wrong with freight shipping. If you pick the item up from me, I will credit you $60.00 toward the purchase price. I will meet you or deliver to anywhere within 100 miles of my home.

Payment terms: $200 non-refundable PayPal deposit within 72 hours of purchase. The balance to be paid by cash or credit card at time of pick-up or delivery.
